Requisites

In order to use the new "fees" feature of the "Multi Submission Form" it is required to setup an account with the following payment gateway providers: PayPal or Stripe.

PayPal

PayPal is a well-known payment gateway provider that allows to collect and receive money for various online transactions. Every transaction made on PayPal is subject to fees (more about this can be found here). The applicable fees depend on your country and also on the type of your organisation - e.g. if you're a nonprofit organisation there will be even lower fees.

The default transaction fee is around: 3% + 0.50$

If you want to use PayPal, you will need to create and setup a "merchant" account.

Start from this page and follow all instructions and steps until your account setup is completed.

After everything is completed and setup, you need to generate the "credentials" that the "Multi Submission Form" will use to process the fee payment on your behalf. The "credentials" can be generated using this tool.

After the operation is completed, you will need to safely store the following data (to be indicated on the IAMF website):
